Five-step-learning Cycle
All our custom programs are highly focused on impact to create growth and value for the individual and your company. In order to reach this goal, we consistently put our clients - with their individual challenges and objectives - at the center of our work. We collaborate closely with you to identify and analyze your needs and to define the resources, processes, and methods that generate value. A thorough preparation and follow-up process further assists our participants in the process of linking their studies to their daily tasks and activities and thus create sustainable value.
Each customized program is built upon a five-step-learning cycle, which clearly exceeds classroom training:

In the design phase, goals are defined, analysis is carried out as necessary, target groups, methods, resources, support, and coordination are defined.
In the preparation phase, participants receive relevant materials such as briefings, cases, E-modules, etc. to prepare for the on-campus-learning-experience.
During the on-campus-training, participants acquire new knowledge and skills, and develop new perspectives.
We highly value the execution phase of the process which follows the program. Different mechanisms can be applied to improve this transfer.
To close the learning cycle, evaluation may take place on different levels (reaction, learning, behavior, results). The results of the evaluation then feed back into the next learning cycle starting with the design phase.
