Flavio Tschopp has been supporting program management and competence development at the HBM School of Entrepreneurship (ES-HSG) since January 2022 and pursues a Ph.D. at the school’s HBM Healthcare Management Lab.
His research focuses on management, organisational resilience and learning as well as strategy in healthcare organizations.
He previously worked at walkerproject ag in consulting, at Spital Zollikerberg as assistant to the management and at the Institute for Systemic Management and Public Governance (IMP-HSG) as Research Associate. In addition to his work at the HBM Unternehmerschule, he is involved with the “Stiftung zur Förderung von Gesundheit gemäss Meikirch-Modell” as its executive director.
