Leading High-Performance Teams

Mastering teams in traditional, virtual and hybrid settings

Overview

Programme Description

Are you a team leader challenged by questions relating to how you can get the best out of a diverse team? How can you ensure that people work with instead of against each other? How can you promote bridge building?

Register for our newly designed Leading High-Performance Teams Programme and learn about the keys to creating a successful, productive and diverse team!

Thanks to our new blended learning journey, you will benefit from a unique Kickoff Day on our Executive Campus followed by a networking event with alumni at SQUARE, the newly built HSG Learning Center.

Designed as a very practical course, the Leading High-Performance Teams Programme will give you effective tools for understanding and improving your team’s performance.

Throughout the programme, you will learn how to measure team processes such as objective setting and handling conflicts, as well as team diversity and essential psychological aspects.

You will apply every tool to your own team’s context, thereby creating an immediate potential impact on your team’s effectiveness.

If you decide to write a final paper at the end of the course, you will earn 2 ECTS from the University of St.Gallen for this programme (additional charge of CHF 500.-).
